How long does a typical engagement take?
Discovery in week one, prototype within three weeks, production rollout in 8–12 weeks. We work in two-week increments with a fixed weekly cadence.
Where does our data live?
Wherever you want. Every product ships as a Docker image and a Helm chart. Most clients run on managed cloud, some self-host on-prem, and a handful run fully air-gapped. Raw video, audio and personally-identifying frames never leave your environment unless you opt in.
Do you require us to retrain on our data?
No. Default models are pre-trained on consented, licensed datasets. If you choose to fine-tune on your own data, weights are encrypted at rest and isolated to your tenant.
What does pricing look like?
A monthly platform fee plus per-seat or per-device usage. Most teams land between $1.4k and $9k a month. We send a fixed quote after the first call — no surprise overages.
Who is on the support side?
Two engineers per account, one designer, one product lead. You get a Slack Connect channel, a 24-hour SLA on bugs, and a four-hour SLA on outages.
